Are you a Sales Designer with a background in Kitchens looking to join a market-leading company where you'll have the opportunity to design, sell, and project manage bespoke Kitchens with full-onboarding training, opportunities to progress within a growing company and outstanding earning potential with uncapped commission? You'll work on inspiring projects within a growing family-run company specialising in luxury kitchens and bathroom designs and refurbishments, offering full on-the-job training to understand their process and the opportunity to boost your earnings with a generous commission structure.

In this role, you will work to consult with 4-6 clients a day to understand their needs, create bespoke designs that fit their vision and budget, then manage projects from start to finish to ensure complete satisfaction. You'll collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.

This role would suit a Sales Designer with a background in Kitchens looking to have increased earning potential, full on-the-job training, and opportunities to progress within a growing company.

The Role:
  • Consult with clients, design custom solutions, and liaise with the internal team on designs using Virtual Worlds, managing projects from start to finish
  • Full on-the-job training and the opportunity to progress within a growing company
  • Opportunity to earn up to £50K-£65K
  • Monday - Friday 9-5pm, Saturday 10-5pm, Day off in Lieu
