We are currently looking for multiple Japanese-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our Data Breach Response team on a temporary basis. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in supporting individuals impacted by a data breach incident. Working within a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will provide reassurance, guidance, and accurate information to customers during a potentially stressful time.

Available Shift Patterns

  • Shift 1: 12:00am - 7:00am
  • Shift 2: 6:00am - 12:00pm

Due to the nature of the shifts, successful candidates are likely to transition to remote working shortly after onboarding.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist (Data Breach Response), you will serve on the front line of our incident response team, providing clarity, support, and reassurance to affected individuals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries in Japanese and English
  • Responding to frequently asked questions regarding data breach incidents
  • Providing clear and empathetic communication to customers
  • Explaining privacy and data security information in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Following strict data protection and security procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent Japanese and English language skills (spoken and written)
