About this role

The focus of this role is to accelerate growth across EMEA Occupier Markets. By partnering with the regional and local Leasing Advisory business and IPS country champions, this role will help prospect, develop and retain national and international scaling and mid-cap company opportunities. The aim is to expand JLL services and create Leasing Advisory led client accounts. This includes leveraging the global network and relationships from North America and Asia Pacific to support the EMEA Markets teams in developing and delivering on transatlantic opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth
  • Partner with the EMEA regional IPS community to support prospecting and expanding occupier client relationships, increase product sales, and demonstrate competitive advantage.
  • Work in close collaboration with the EMEA Regional Leasing Advisory, Tenant Rep Leads and other occupier services as appropriate, JLLT, Sales Enablement and the REMS businesses, this individual will become a partner to support new business generation and develop key account managers and be the go-to expert for best-in-class IPS solutions.
  • Develop strategic target marketing plans for new business intelligence and prospecting pipeline development.
  • Support brokers worldwide with broker-to-broker relationship development including facilitating direct broker to broker connection and coordinating overseas trade missions.
  • Maintain momentum with iDesk initiatives that require the support of regional/markets leads.
  • Ensure identified country champions and solutions development teams know what JLL products/services can solve broader customer problems.
  • Support the development of a regional IPS Centre of Excellence, this will include training and development initiatives, sales pipeline development, solutions development, pitch support and accounts oversight.
  • Recognise opportunities for iDesk and IPS client account/relationship expansions, articulates the value proposition, and ensures successful implementation.
  • Partner successfully with the account management teams to develop IPS account plans that deliver growth and high-quality results which exceed client expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant and demonstrable industry experience.
  • Proven capabilities in developing and selling real estate solutions for real estate occupiers.
  • Extensive experience strategising, evaluating, and executing complex real estate transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Significant experience or demonstrated capability in leading shared and dedicated teams in complex and dynamic environments.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong expertise and understanding of corporate real estate.
  • Executive presence and comfort addressing teammates and clients at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong business acumen with a sales mindset - driven towards winning with high energy and a strong work ethic.
