An exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter with strong LinkedIn expertise for an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property technology company.

Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn search techniques and other online channels for roles across the business, including senior hires.
- Optimise LinkedIn opportunities to engage with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers.
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks.
- Screen talent effectively to ensure only the best candidates are progressed to interview.
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone interviews.
- Set up interviews for the hiring managers.
- Work closely with the hiring managers, HR Manager and Directors on the status of open positions.
- Contribute to job descriptions and job ads that reflect the company's tone and culture.
- Answer candidates' queries regarding the application process via email and phone.
Skills:
- Previous recruitment experience with a track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Knowledge of employer branding and LinkedIn content engagement.
- Demonstrable success in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and other search platforms.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role.
- Able to successfully network and build a talent pipeline.
- Clear and concise communication skills, particularly in composing professional emails.
- IT literate in Word and Excel.
- Precise attention to detail, processing high volumes of work accurately and to deadline.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
