We're looking for an experienced Integrations Developer to take ownership of the design, development, and support of business-critical integrations across NetSuite, Celigo, WMS platforms, and proprietary applications. This is a highly visible engineering role where you'll ensure the seamless flow of data between systems that underpin fulfilment operations. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and customer experience by building resilient, scalable integrations that keep the business running smoothly.
For the right individual, there is scope to appoint at a more senior level, reflecting the strategic importance of this position.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations between proprietary platforms, NetSuite, Celigo, and warehouse management systems.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions.
- Build and support NetSuite integration components, including RESTlets and SuiteScript where appropriate.
- Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues across APIs, middleware, data flows, and system configurations.
- Deliver permanent, scalable solutions by addressing root causes rather than short-term fixes.
- Champion engineering best practices, including monitoring, logging, error handling, retry logic, idempotency, and recovery processes.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and reusable integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with global technology teams, particularly colleagues based in Australia, working effectively across time zones.
- Support critical operational processes, including:
- Order-to-fulfilment synchronisation
- Inventory reconciliation between NetSuite and WMS platforms
- Shipment confirmations and fulfilment updates
- Cross-platform operational data integration
You'll be successful in this role by:
- Delivering highly reliable integrations that minimise operational disruption.
- Quickly diagnosing and resolving production issues with minimal business impact.
- Building scalable, maintainable solutions that support long-term business growth.
- Driving confidence through robust testing, documentation, and controlled deployments.
- Balancing speed of delivery with engineering quality and long-term sustainability.
You'll be an experienced integration specialist who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and takes ownership of delivering dependable, production-grade solutions.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong experience with iPaaS platforms, ideally Celigo.
- Proven expertise designing and supporting NetSuite integrations, including RESTlets.
- Excellent understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, payload structures, webhooks, rate limiting, and error handling.
- Experience delivering and supporting complex integration workflows across multiple business systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in production environments.
- Experience implementing synchronisation, reconciliation, retry mechanisms, and recovery processes.
- A focus on writing clean, maintainable, well-documented, and scalable integration solutions.
- The ability to work independently within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Desirable experience includes:
- SuiteScript development.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), fulfilment, inventory, or supply chain integrations.
- Healthcare, eCommerce, or other regulated environments.
- Build technology that directly improves patient outcomes.
- Join one of the world's fastest-growing digital healthcare organisations.
- Own business-critical systems with genuine visibility and influence.
- Collaborate with talented global engineering teams solving complex technical challenges.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare technology at scale.
If you're passionate about integrations, enjoy solving complex systems challenges, and want your work to have a tangible impact on both business operations and customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
