Location: London (1-2 days per week onsite)

Day Rate: £595 per day Outside IR35

Duration: 6 Months - initial

We are currently supporting a leading FTSE 100 Wealth & Asset Management organisation in their search for an experienced AWS / TypeScript Integration Engineer to join a key integration and transformation programme. This role is suited to a technically strong engineer with proven experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations within cloud-native environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, third-party vendors, architects, and engineering teams to develop scalable, secure, and robust integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse integration requirements from business and third-party stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and agree integration patterns and approaches.
  • Design end-to-end integration solutions across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Work alongside the Integration Manager to coordinate and support integration delivery activities.
  • Present solutions within architecture review boards and technical governance forums.
  • Develop and maintain BDD test scenarios using Cucumber.
  • Support QA and end-to-end testing activities.
  • Define deployment, migration, release, and cutover strategies for integration components.
  • Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.

  • Backend Development: TypeScript, Node.js
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform
  • AWS Services: API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, Kubernetes
  • Testing: Cucumber, Mockito
