As an Insights Manager HQ Client Engagement for Kraft Heinz, you will drive strategic client engagement, insight impact, and revenue contribution. You will combine consulting expertise, commercial mindset, and strong stakeholder influence to deliver high-value insights and position Circana as a trusted partner.
You will lead multi-country engagements, translate complex data into actionable strategies, and proactively shape client agendas while contributing to business growth. You will contribute actively to account growth and revenue pipeline and coordinate cross-market delivery with a One Circana approach.
Job responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with Kraft Heinz HQ stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor across key accounts.
- Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Transform complex, multi-market data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
- Drive Commercial Growth: Identify and act on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and contribute to pipeline development, proposals and renewal.
- Lead Multi-Market Delivery: Coordinate cross-country projects, ensuring alignment, consistency, and high-quality outputs.
- Activate Thought Leadership: Leverage Circana insights, trends, and demand signals to drive continuous client engagement.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work across analytics, local markets, and solutions teams to mobilize the best of Circana.
- Influence Senior Stakeholders: Provide strategic perspectives and constructively challenge client thinking.
- Measure and Demonstrate Impact: Develop case studies, quantify business impact, and build reusable success stories.
- Drive Innovation & Capability Building: Apply new tools (e.g., AI, Intelligence Suite) and continuously develop expertise across solutions.
Required profile
- Experience: 6-10+ years in insights, analytics, consulting, or strategy roles, ideally within FMCG or retail at regional/HQ level.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (business, analytics, economics or similar); Master's preferred.
- Skills & Expertise: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders; experience working with large FMCG/retail clients at regional or HQ level; strong track record in translating data into business impact; experience in multi-country, data extraction or complex project environments; familiarity with analytics platforms and insight tools preferred; curiosity, proactivity and experience using AI tools as a thinking partner and to create personal efficiencies; excellent business English communication skills (written & oral); additional European language (French, German, Italian) is a plus; passport and the ability to travel on site with clients if necessary.
