We are looking for an experienced HR & AI Systems Architect to lead the design, integration, and evolution of a global HR technology ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor position at the intersection of HR technology, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and AI innovation. You'll be responsible for defining architecture strategy, driving modern integration approaches, and helping shape how AI enhances HR processes and employee experiences across a complex global organisation.

This role would suit an experienced HR Technology Architect, HRIS Architect, Oracle HCM Architect, or Enterprise Systems Architect with deep expertise in HR platforms and integrations.

Role

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end HR technology architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready. Working closely with HR, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and external partners, you'll influence strategic technology decisions while remaining close to solution design and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading architecture across a complex HR technology landscape
  • Defining integration strategies and API-first approaches
  • Designing scalable and reusable enterprise integrations
  • Establishing architecture standards, governance, and best practices
  • Driving HR technology modernisation initiatives
  • Identifying and delivering AI-driven solutions and automation opportunities
  • Supporting HR data architecture, governance, and analytics capabilities
  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor to business and technology stakeholders

Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture roles
  • Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including architecture, integrations, security, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and configuration
  • Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations
  • Experience with Boomi or another enterprise integration platform
  • Excellent understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration patterns
  • Experience defining architecture roadmaps and technology standards
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments

  • ServiceNow HRS
  • Eightfold AI or other talent intelligence platforms
  • Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Absorb, etc.)
  • Azure cloud technologies
  • AI and automation solutions within HR environments
  • Power BI or enterprise analytics platforms
