As our portfolio continues to grow at pace, we're expanding our Operations & Maintenance team and looking for a motivated HIU Engineer to help us deliver exceptional service across London's most innovative energy networks. About the role:

  • Due to the nature of our contracts, we work across multiple sites working to agreed Service Level Agreements to ensure the efficient operation of assets is maintained and the impact on residential customers in the event of a fault is minimised.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress their plumbing career in the sustainable energy market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Completing scheduled servicing of Heat Interface Units in accordance with the servicing procedure.
  • Providing reactive maintenance for loss of services within required Service Level Agreements.
  • Identification and review of equipment faults carrying out repairs where required.
  • Inputting and maintaining documentation and records using the company asset management software.
  • Carrying out general ad hoc maintenance tasks within Energy Centre Plantrooms.
  • Working in a safe manner and in accordance with the company's Health & Safety policy.

What you will need:

  • Hold a city & guilds qualification or equivalent.
  • Preferably educated to Degree level.
  • Experience wiring and fixing Boilers/Heating, HVAC, Steam, Air Handling, Cooling, Renewable Energy (e.g. Solar or Heat Pumps), or similar.
  • Full UK manual driving licence.

We are supporting Hospitals, Universities, New Build developments, Towns and Cities as well as Industrial and Commercial clients to decarbonise their buildings. We have and continue to work on ground-breaking projects throughout the UK which are supporting the UK's Net Zero targets.
