I'm looking for an ambitious commercial leader to become the first Head of Growth for a fast-growing, scale-up learning business that's helping organisations build the skills they need to thrive in an AI-powered world.
Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, you'll sell, define the commercial strategy, shape the go-to-market approach and lead enterprise growth at one of the UK's most exciting learning & training businesses. If you enjoy creating commercial momentum, influencing & transforming business strategy and winning complex enterprise partnerships, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

You'll have the autonomy to shape how the business grows, influence how solutions are positioned in the market and work alongside Product, Learning, Marketing and Client Success to solve meaningful customer challenges.

What You'll Do You'll combine sales, strategic leadership with hands-on commercial delivery.
Your focus will be on creating sustainable, scalable growth by identifying new enterprise opportunities, building long-term client partnerships and developing commercially compelling solutions
Develop and execute the sales & commercial growth strategy.
Build and convert a high-quality enterprise pipeline.
Lead complex consultative sales opportunities from discovery to close.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
Influence product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Identify new markets, partnerships and commercial opportunities.
Improve forecasting, pipeline visibility and commercial performance.
What You'll Bring
You'll probably have experience within Learning, EdTech, AI, Digital Transformation and/or Consultancy and be comfortable operating where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
I'm looking for someone with: A proven track record of sales and winning enterprise new business.
Background that includes working directly with a CEO / Founder and scaling a small business.
Experience selling complex, consultative solutions.
Strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers.
The ability to build relationships based on credibility and value.
A collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy selling, building businesses, solving customer problems and creating opportunities for long-term growth.
