This is an exciting opportunity to fill the role of Head of Bewonder*. This role will contribute to Bewonder's growth strategy and be the driving force behind the implementation of that strategy. The successful candidate will be an authentic leader who is also a natural collaborator, requiring an enthusiastic, passionate, and forward-thinking individual who strives for excellence.
Bewonder* is a creative consultancy that connects people and place through a range of services including Customer Experience, Digital, Placemaking, Wayfinding, Marketing and Communications. At its heart is its proposition - Just Imagine - a promise to both clients and the team.
The role will report directly to the Head of Clients - PAM UK and will work closely with wider PAM and JLL stakeholders. You will enjoy working strategically with clients, inspiring a team, and creating a culture of growth, creativity and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Ensure the Bewonder* growth strategy is understood and thriving across the team.
- Commercial: Define and meet the business's commercial targets; review financial performance against the targets.
- Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Team: Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team across Client Service, Studio, CX and Operations.
- Growth: Ensure there's an effective growth strategy in place that identifies and capitalises on opportunities.

Qualification & Experience:
- 10+ years of agency and client management experience.
