Role Expectations
- You will be the on-site go-to for general maintenance, reactive repairs and presentation standards across the development.
- Most days you will complete painting and decorating to a high standard, tackle minor plumbing fixes, care for communal areas and coordinate with the concierge and management team to keep everything running smoothly.

How You'll Spend Most of Your Time
- Delivering painting and decorating across communal areas to a high, consistent finish.
- Carrying out minor plumbing repairs, such as leaks, blockages and fixture adjustments.
- Performing small fabric repairs and basic maintenance (e.g., doors, locks, fixtures).
- Cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning and operating the outdoor ride-on scrubber.
- Proactively inspecting the development, logging jobs and completing checklists.
- Assisting residents and liaising with contractors to coordinate remedial works.
