We are delighted to invite experienced hospitality and customer service leaders to attend our Guest Services Manager and Reception Team Leader Recruitment Event on Wednesday, the 9th of September, where you'll have the opportunity to learn more about our management roles, meet the Rapport team, and explore career opportunities across our London portfolio.
We are looking for an outstanding Guest Services Managers/Team Leaders to lead with poise, discretion, and a commitment to excellence. This role is centred on delivering a seamless, high-touch service experience, where attention to detail, strong leadership, and polished presentation set the standard.
Roles are available across prestigious client sites in London, with responsibility for overseeing Reception, Meetings & Events, and Switchboard operations. You will manage and inspire a large team of ambassadors, ensuring service excellence at every point of contact.

Main Responsibilities
- Inspire, engage, and lead teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence
- Maintain a high-profile, visible presence across front-of-house areas to build strong client relationships
- Oversee all reception, meetings, and events operations with full ownership of meeting room services
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- Analyse performance data and prepare insightful monthly and quarterly reports
- Manage budgets, unit costs, and ensure full purchasing compliance
- Ensure service delivery consistently exceeds client expectations
