The Global Security Operations Center is GSRS's 24/7 ecosystem for intake, triage, management and escalation of physical security incidents and threats.
As a Security Service Center (SSC) Program Manager, you will lead the development and improvement of the Security Service Center ecosystem, a globally distributed network of more than twenty hubs operated by vendor partners managing the detection, triage and response to physical security threats to Google people and assets.
This role works to ensure that the program scales effectively to enable the GSOC to deliver its mission.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs impacting teams across multiple regions.
Experience with multidisciplinary program management in an organization.
Preferred qualifications: Apply significant experience in vendor management and vendor performance management.
Ability to analyze business objectives and strategies by proactively identifying impactful opportunities or gaps in systems and workflows.
Ability to identify, build, improve, or optimize relevant business processes.

Maintain the network of distributed SSC's in support of GSRS operations.
Document, analyze and regularly review SSC operations to enhance the delivery of operations.
Collaborate with security operations teams in the strategy and design of security service centers, with daily activities delegated and managed by the local campus or cluster security manager.
