The Opportunity As Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the Group's financial control, reporting and governance, ensuring the business has accurate financial information, robust controls and meaningful commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, driving high performance and continuous improvement.

Oversee all financial accounting activities, including month-end and year-end close processes.

Ensure the timely production of accurate management accounts, statutory reporting and group financial information.

Maintain and enhance financial controls, governance and compliance across the business.

Oversee cash flow management, balance sheet integrity and financial risk.

Lead the annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors.

Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.

Deliver meaningful financial analysis and commercial insight to support senior leadership decisions.

Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve business performance.

Drive improvements in finance systems, reporting processes and internal controls.

Support acquisitions, business integration projects and wider finance transformation initiatives.

Ensure financial consistency, accuracy and best practice across multiple business entities.

About You You'll be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and already operating as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or similar.

More importantly, you'll be someone who wants your next move to be about impact , not simply title.
