General Manager – Irish Pubs - Relocate to Prague

£35,000–£46,000 NET per annum + Relocation Package
We are recruiting two experienced General Managers for a successful independent hospitality group operating five high-volume venues in central Prague.

These are lively, personality-led businesses built around live sport, music, entertainment and brilliant customer service, attracting tourists, students and the city's thriving expat community.

The opportunities:
High-volume late-night venue taking approximately 142,000 per week, with a team of 50
Busy central pub taking approximately £46,000 per week, with a team of 22 and genuine potential to grow its food and late-night trade
Salaries of €35,000–€46,000 net per annum, depending on the role and experience
We are looking for confident, energetic operators with experience managing high-volume, wet-led pubs, bars or late-night venues.

You must be commercially sharp, an excellent team leader and passionate about live music, sport, entertainment and creating memorable guest experiences.

Relocation support includes:
Relocation costs covered
Full support with finding a flat
Your first three months' rent paid
