The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for either an electrically or mechanically qualified engineer looking for a varied role across multiple sites. You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance while providing a high level of service to clients and building occupiers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites
  • Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical building services equipment
  • Maintain plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, power, and associated systems
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure plant is operating efficiently
  • Complete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accurately
  • Liaise with site contacts, tenants, and contractors professionally
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety procedures
  • Support minor installation and remedial works where required

About You

  • Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent)
  • Experience working within commercial building maintenance environments
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of building services systems and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload across multiple sites
