About the department: We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.

You will be welcomed into a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together.

Role information: We are seeking a passionate and customer focused Fire Safety Advisor to assist with the Fire Safety function across our portfolio of properties.

You will be part of a small team of Building and Fire Safety professionals and will be supported in the role by the Head of Building Safety, the Group Fire Safety Manager, the Fire Safety Manager(s), and the Fire and Building Safety Compliance Coordinators(s).

You will have sound technical knowledge and experience; you will be organised and methodical with a logical approach to fire safety.

You will be a team player who can work effectively with internal teams, external agencies and residents with the focus being on fire safety.

You must be able to demonstrate current knowledge of relevant legislation, ideally with experience of practical application.

You will be proactive and look to ways to improve fire safety across the business.
