About GHLO Media

GHLO Media is a fast-growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media business, building and operating a network of premium digital advertising panels across high-visibility commercial locations in the UK. We are disrupting a traditional market deploying premium digital inventory at structurally lower cost and giving advertisers a more accessible, flexible alternative to the established players. As we expand our network across the country, we need people on the ground to find and secure the sites that power it. This is an exceptional time to get involved at an early stage.

The Role

We are looking for motivated, commercially minded Field Acquisition Agents to identify high-visibility properties and secure agreements with landlords for the installation of digital advertising panels. You'll work a clear sequence - identify and submit a site, our team validates it against planning and commercial criteria, and only then do you approach the landlord - so your time goes into sites genuinely likely to succeed, not ones that stall. This is a field-based, fully flexible, self-employed role with genuine uncapped potential - the more suitable sites you secure, the more you earn.

What You'll Do:

  • Travel within your allocated territory identifying potential advertising locations - commercial buildings, industrial estates, retail sites, prominent walls and forecourts.
  • Take clear photographs, record accurate site details, and submit leads into our system for validation.
  • Once a site is validated, approach the landlord or property owner and present the GHLO Media proposition.
  • Progress validated, landlord-approved opportunities through to a signed agreement.
  • Hand over signed sites to our planning and installation team and build local relationships that lead to more.

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident approaching business and property owners.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Commercially minded, persistent, and organised.
  • A strong communicator with an eye for a promising commercial location.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, maps and basic digital reporting tools.
  • Background in field sales, property sourcing, estate agency, outdoor advertising, telecoms / site acquisition, solar or EV charger acquisition, or B2B sales is advantageous but not essential.

What We Offer:

  • Uncapped commission with no limit on the number of sites you can acquire - OTE £50,000+ for agents who consistently deliver.
  • Validated leads - our team reviews every site against planning, technical and commercial criteria before you approach a landlord, so you don't waste time on sites that won't fly.
  • A straightforward proposition to take to landlords - they pay £0. GHLO funds planning, panels, installation, electrics, maintenance and advertising sales. The landlord simply earns an ongoing monthly revenue share.
  • Full training before you begin, covering site criteria, our submission system, the landlord proposition, and photography and qualification standards.
  • An allocated territory to minimise overlap and let you build lasting local relationships.
  • The chance to get in early on the expansion of a growing UK digital advertising network.

Working Arrangement:

  • Self-employed contractor - full flexibility over your schedule and working hours.
  • Monthly incentives, performance bonuses, and rewards.
  • You manage your own pipeline, territory, and approach.
  • Responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions.
  • Opportunity to transition into a permanent employed role subject to performance.

Ideal Candidate

This role is built for a confident, self-motivated person who's comfortable knocking on doors, enjoys working on their own terms, and wants uncapped earnings from a business expanding at exactly the right moment. You don't need previous advertising experience. This role could particularly suit someone already working in:

  • Field sales
  • Property sourcing
  • Commercial property
  • Estate agency
  • Outdoor advertising
  • Telecoms / site acquisition
  • Solar or EV charger acquisition
  • Door-to-door B2B sales
  • Lead generation
  • Business development
  • Payment Processing Services
  • Commercial Utilities
