We are recruiting an experienced Fibrous Plasterer for a well-established manufacturer and installer of decorative plaster products based in Park Royal (NW10). This role involves the manufacture, installation and restoration of high-quality decorative plasterwork for residential and commercial projects. This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent weekday work with immediate starts available.

Start Time: 08:00 AM
Finish Time: 06:00 PM (10 paid hours per day)
PAY
- Standard Rate Monday to Friday
- Basic Hourly Rate: £17.00
- Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £2.37
- Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £19.37
- Overtime: Not applicable
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Manufacturing and installing decorative fibrous plaster products
- Fitting cornices, coving, ceiling roses and bespoke mouldings
- Carrying out repairs and restoration of existing plasterwork
- Reading drawings and measurements to ensure accurate installation
- Preparing materials and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Producing high-quality workmanship with excellent attention to detail
- Following all health & safety procedures on site
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Previous experience as a Fibrous Plasterer or Decorative Plasterer
- Experience manufacturing or fitting fibrous plaster products
- Ability to read technical drawings and work accurately from measurements
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Full UK Driving Licence is advantageous but not essential
