About the Company

Join a leading legal executive search firm that specialises in connecting exceptional lawyers with outstanding opportunities across major financial centres globally. For over two decades, the firm has had unmatched experience, placing legal professionals in roles across a range of practices. Utilising market expertise and data-led talent solutions, the firm has also cemented its place as a leader in the legal and compliance recruitment sector, with the ability to initiate conversations with typically hard-to-reach individuals. The firm also helps clients build leadership teams that drive long-term success through executive search, board appointments, succession planning and leadership consulting.

The Role

  • Building long-term relationships with senior leaders and C-suite professionals
  • Managing confidential search projects from briefing through to completion
  • Producing market intelligence and candidate reports for clients

This is a consultative role where quality, insight and relationship-building are valued above volume!

  • Opportunities to build relationships with senior business leaders
  • Collaborative boutique culture with significant autonomy
  • Competitive base salary with an uncapped bonus structure
  • Hybrid working and a genuine focus on professional development

  • Have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Can confidently engage with senior stakeholders and executives
  • Are resilient, commercially minded and highly organised
  • Enjoy solving complex problems and thinking strategically
  • Want to work in a long-term career in executive search rather than transactional recruitment
