The Opportunity

As an Executive Search Consultant, you'll work closely with Partners and senior consultants on retained search assignments for some of the world's most respected organisations. You'll develop expertise in market intelligence, leadership assessment, candidate engagement, and strategic research while building relationships with senior executives and business leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed market research and industry analysis
  • Delivering market mapping and talent intelligence projects
  • Identifying and engaging senior leadership talent
  • Producing high-quality client reports and search documentation

  • Supporting retained executive search projects from brief through to completion
  • Developing expertise within multiple specialist sectors
