We're working with a growing building services consultancy that's built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality MEP engineering advice across the commercial property sector.
They work closely with developers, investors, asset managers and occupiers, providing everything from detailed design through to technical due diligence, refurbishment, decarbonisation and project delivery.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring in an Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer to join their London team.

The Role You'll be involved in the design and delivery of electrical building services projects across a range of commercial developments, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities include: Producing electrical building services designs and calculations.
Preparing specifications, reports and technical documentation.
Attending client and design team meetings.
Carrying out site inspections and supporting projects through construction.
Working alongside mechanical engineers and other consultants to deliver coordinated designs.
Mentoring junior engineers (Senior level).
About You You'll ideally have: Experience within a building services consultancy.
Good knowledge of electrical building services design.
Experience using industry design software.
A proactive approach and strong communication skills.
A degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
Chartered status, or working towards it, would be advantageous.
