We're looking for an eCommerce Content Coordinator to support a busy international eCommerce team across multiple digital storefronts and markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior content professional, eCommerce Assistant, Content Editor or Digital Executive looking to build their experience within a fast-paced online retail environment.

The Role

  • You'll play a key role in managing and updating content across four eCommerce websites covering four key international regions.
  • Working primarily within Shopify, you'll ensure content is accurate, engaging and localised appropriately for each market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload, edit and maintain website content using Shopify
  • Coordinate content updates across multiple international websites
  • Support product launches, campaigns and promotional activity
  • Use content translation and localisation tools to adapt content for different regions
  • Ensure content is consistent, accurate and aligned to brand guidelines
  • Work closely with marketing, eCommerce and regional stakeholders
  • Carry out content QA checks and troubleshoot any content-related issues

About You
