We're looking for a hands-on Digital Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of Google Ads and Meta, helping us bring performance marketing fully in-house and unlock the next stage of growth.

This isn't an agency management role.

You'll be in the accounts, building, optimising and scaling campaigns yourself, with direct ownership of new customer acquisition across two ecommerce markets.

What you'll do
Own strategy, budgets and day-to-day optimisation across Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Performance Max) and Meta
Drive new customer growth across UK and US markets
Balance brand vs non-brand and prospecting vs retargeting activity
Collaborate with an in-house designer to improve creative performance
Own attribution and tracking across GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI and Shopify
Report on the metrics that matter: CAC, ROAS, acquisition performance and revenue growth
What we're looking for
5-10 years' hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta for DTC/ecommerce brands
Strong knowledge of Shopping, PMAX and paid social
Confident with GA4, GTM, Shopify and attribution
Able to challenge performance, spot opportunities and act quickly
Clear communicator who can translate data into commercial actions
