We're looking for an experienced Dayforce Functional Consultant to support a business through the optimisation phase of its Dayforce journey.

The implementation is complete, but they need someone who can ensure the platform is configured correctly, follows best practice and delivers maximum value.

Working closely with the Head of HR Operations and teams in London and India, you'll provide hands-on functional expertise across configuration, workflows, reporting, security, permissions and benefits, while advising stakeholders on how Dayforce should be set up to support the business effectively.

We're looking for someone who's lived with Dayforce , understands what a mature environment should look like, and can advise the business on best practice while making hands-on functional improvements.

Key

Skills: Extensive Dayforce functional consulting experience.

Strong knowledge of Dayforce configuration, reporting, workflows and security.

Experience optimising existing Dayforce implementations.

Good understanding of HR Operations and business processes.

Able to provide practical, collaborative advice and deliver tangible improvements.

Experience working with medium to large, multi-site organisations is desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can combine strategic advice with hands-on delivery to help embed Dayforce best practice across the organisation.
