Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e. g., Customer Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Developer Advocate) within the cloud computing industry.
Experience in at least one of the following: Cloud Platforms (e. g., GCP), AI for retail industry usecases, Gemini or related AI Technologies.
Preferred qualifications: 3 years of experience in a Technical Sales Engineering Role.
2 years of experience in the Retail Industry.
Proven ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
Responsibilities: Manage the technical relationship with customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources.
Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
Test and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult issues with ambitious and novel solutions leveraging a sophisticated set of technical competences.
