Our client a specialist travel company are looking for a CRM Executive to deliver targeted acquisition and retention campaigns across email, direct mail and wider marketing channels.

Working closely with the Customer Marketing Manager, youll drive campaign performance, maximise ROI, and help achieve key growth targets.

What youll do: ??

Plan and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns (Email & Direct Mail) ??

Monitor performance, analyse results and optimise future activity ??

Work with creative teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns ??

Manage budgets, secure best value from suppliers and track ROI ??

Support wider marketing campaigns, events and advertising activity

About you: ??

Experience in CRM or marketing campaign delivery (travel preferred) ??

Strong organisation and project management skills ??

Analytical mindset with attention to detail ??

Confident communicator and collaborative team player ??

Able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
