We're now looking for a Credit Risk MI Manager who can turn complex data into clear, practical insight.

Reporting to the Head of Credit Risk, you'll help us understand portfolio performance, spot emerging risks and give senior stakeholders the confidence to make well-informed decisions.

This is a hands-on role with real influence, combining technical MI delivery with commercial insight and stakeholder engagement.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Turning credit risk data into clear, useful MI and insight.
  • Analysing portfolio performance, arrears, defaults and recoveries to identify trends and emerging risks.
  • Producing high-quality reporting that supports senior stakeholders and informs business decisions.
  • Improving reporting processes, automation and data quality to make MI more accurate, efficient and valuable.
  • Helping the business identify opportunities to strengthen performance, manage risk and improve customer outcomes.
  • Working closely with colleagues across Credit Risk, Finance, Product, Operations and Technology.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is confident with data, curious about what it tells us, and comfortable explaining insight in a way that others can act on.

  • Strong SQL and Excel skills, with the confidence to work with large and complex data sets.
  • Experience producing Credit Risk MI, reporting and analysis within a lending environment.
  • Experience in retail lending, consumer finance or a similar regulated financial services setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the curiosity to understand what the data is really telling us.
  • The ability to explain insight clearly to senior stakeholders and influence better decisions.
  • A commercial mindset and a practical approach to improving reporting, insight and outcomes.
