We have an immediate requirement for a Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy industrial site in Nuneaton. This is a 1-week temporary assignment, running Monday to Friday, starting 27th July.

The role would suit an experienced FLT Driver who is happy to combine forklift duties with general yard work in a hands-on environment.

What the Work Involves

Working as part of the yard team, your duties will include:

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move materials and equipment safely around site
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting stock as required
  • Pressure washing equipment and yard areas
  • Assisting with general yard maintenance and housekeeping duties
  • Following all site health & safety procedures
Hours, Shifts & Pay

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

Pay rate: £13.54 per hour

Pay frequency: Weekly

Holiday pay: Accrued and paid weekly

What We Need From You
  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
  • Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in an industrial, warehouse, or yard environment
  • Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual duties alongside FLT work
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Right to work in the UK. Documentation will be required before start
