We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development, and execution of discovery workshops focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot Agents. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to identify use cases, gather requirements, and define agent solutions that drive business value through Microsoft Copilot technologies.
The successful candidate will possess deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Copilot Studio, Power Platform technologies, and agent development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, facilitate, and execute Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent discovery workshops.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for Copilot Agent adoption and automation.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and use cases.
- Design solution concepts and agent architectures aligned with organisational objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise across Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and best practices.
- Create workshop outputs including requirements documents, user journeys, process maps, and recommendations.
- Define proof-of-concept and pilot opportunities for Copilot Agents.
