Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Maintenance Coordination Supervisor to join a growing property services business in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Coordinator, Scheduler or Planning Supervisor from the property services, facilities management, construction or maintenance sector looking to step into a leadership role. You'll oversee a team of Coordinators while ensuring projects are planned, scheduled, and delivered efficiently across the Damp, Roofing, and Restoration divisions.

The Role

  • Lead and support a team of Coordinators, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational performance
  • Manage the scheduling of surveyors, engineers, tradespeople, and subcontractors to maximise productivity
  • Coordinate maintenance projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring jobs run smoothly and on schedule
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout each project
  • Monitor job progress, quality, documentation, and compliance using CRM and job management systems
  • Review survey reports for accuracy and ensure quotations, invoices, and project information are completed correctly
  • Support profitability by monitoring project performance, managing workflows, and resolving operational issues quickly

About You

  • Strong experience coordinating maintenance or repair works within property services, facilities management, construction, or a similar sector
  • Previous experience coordinating damp, property restoration or roofing works.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a scheduling or coordination environment
  • Experience coordinating tradespeople, surveyors, engineers, or subcontractors
  • Strong organisational, planning, and diary management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting quotations, invoicing, and project administration
  • Confident using CRM or job management systems
