We are working with a leading contractor operating within the property services market to recruit a Contract Manager to join their highly successful team based in South London.

The Contract Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programmes including external refurbishment works and fire protection works to high-risk buildings on behalf of housing associations and local councils. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts / Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contract and leading a team of Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.

Contract Manager Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
  • Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects
  • Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
  • Focus on quality, customer service and delivery
  • Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
  • Client and tenant satisfaction
  • Process Management
  • Management of the customer
  • Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
  • SMSTS & NVQ Level 6 or equivalent

This is a full-time, permanent role for which you will receive up to £85,000 salary + Car Allowance + Benefits.
