The Content Sales Lead is the strategic link between You Tube's ads products, sales and partnership teams.
The Content Sales Lead will be responsible for accelerating You Tube brand growth through strategic priorities spanning premium offerings across Connected TV (CTV), Creator and Cultural Moments.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, or media.
Experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e. g., pitches, narratives, etc.) for sales teams.
Experience of pitching, planning and executing Premium You Tube advertising solutions.
Preferred qualifications: Understanding of the creator economy and video landscape, including TV media dynamics, CTV, sponsorships and influencer marketing.
Understanding and passion for You Tube's premium media ecosystem and how brands leverage cultural moments.
Demonstrated success working with key internal and external stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales).
Proven track record in developing brand strategies and video advertising solutions.
Ability to interpret measurement data and translate it into sales activation.
Responsibilities: Create scalable solutions for all UKI sales teams and aligned sectors to activate sales motions and coach peers through regular office hours.
Lead on key sales narratives and support Content Solutions pitch materials.
Inspire and motivate UKI LCS sales, internal cross-functional partners, and customers by advocating the value of You Tube Select Solutions, Lineups and Sponsorships.
Align with Deals and Agency stakeholders to help integrate the premium solutions within GTM activations
Act as the primary point of contact for the International content solutions business, partnering with GTM and International Growth Team (IGT) to simplify the planning and buying experience for multi-market and non-UK opportunities.
Partner with Sector You Tube Specialists and Sector Leadership to ensure Content Solutions priorities are embedded into sector-level planning and activation.
