Compensation Analyst - London - starts ASAP, 6 months FTC We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our client's HR team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

This role will support the delivery of compensation and reward initiatives, ensuring pay practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders, you will provide expert analysis and recommendations on compensation matters while supporting ongoing reward projects and annual compensation activities.

Key Responsibilities Analyse salary and compensation data to support pay decisions and workforce planning.

Conduct market benchmarking using external salary surveys and internal data.

Support job evaluation and grading processes.

Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and management insights.

Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to provide compensation guidance.

Assist with annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive programmes.

Ensure compensation practices comply with relevant legislation and internal policies.

Maintain accurate compensation data within HR systems.

Support reward-related projects, policy reviews, and process improvements.

Contribute to ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a Compensation, Reward, or HR Analytics role.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.

Experience using HRIS systems (e. g.

Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, or similar).

Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and salary benchmarking.

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
