What you will be doing:

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising businesses on a wide range of company and commercial matters. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor who thrives on autonomy, values flexibility, and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

Key Areas of Expertise:

  • Drafting and advising on terms and conditions of business
  • Commercial contracts and bespoke contractual terms
  • Company formations and structuring advice
  • Partnership Agreements
  • Directors and Shareholders Agreements
  • Business sales and purchases
  • Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

What you will need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years PQE in Company & Commercial law
  • Commercially minded and detail focused
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused
  • Confident managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills

What you will receive in return:
