Senior Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Finance Broker Location: London / Hybrid Salary: £45,000 £80,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus, £150k+ OTE

We're looking for an experienced commercial real estate finance broker to step into a senior, right-hand role alongside the director of commercial real estate finance - someone ready to help shape the next phase of growth for a well established, award winning and highly professional HNW financial services provider.

This isn't just a broking role.

It's a genuine number 2 position, working closely with the Director to drive the growth of the team and the wider business.

You'll be a true partner in strategy and new business development - not just executing deals, but actively shaping where the business goes next.

Responsibilities: Working closely with the Director to drive the growth of the team and the wider business.

Sourcing, structuring, and placing finance deals across commercial real estate asset classes - offices, hotels, retail, industrial/logistics, and mixed-use.

Arranging investment finance, development finance, bridging, and refinancing across a range of CRE transactions.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, specialist lenders, private funders, and introducers active in the CRE space.

Identifying and developing new business opportunities and revenue streams alongside the Director.

Playing a key role in mentoring and growing the wider team as headcount increases.

Helping shape processes, systems, and culture as the business expands.

Representing the business at industry events and with key introducer relationships.

Experience required: Proven experience as a commercial real estate finance broker, with a solid track record of placing deals across commercial real estate asset classes Strong understanding of CRE lending - investment, development, and bridging finance Established relationships with CRE lenders, funders, or introducers A commercial mindset - someone who spots opportunities, not just processes applications Ambition to grow into a leadership role and help build something, rather than just work within it A collaborative, trustworthy approach, you'll be working closely with the Director and need to be someone they can rely on
