Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking to join a leading precision engineering manufacturer?
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team based in Woking, Surrey .
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-specification engineering environment producing precision-machined components to extremely tight tolerances using advanced CNC turning machinery.
Key Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer
Set, program and operate CNC turning machines.
Manufacture precision components to tight tolerances, often within microns.
Machine a range of exotic materials including Inconel, Titanium, Hastelloy, Duplex and other specialist alloys.
Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Select appropriate tooling, cutting speeds and feeds.
Carry out in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment.
Ensure all components meet required quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter Programmer.
Strong CNC programming experience.
Previous experience machining exotic materials and difficult alloys.
Ability to produce complex components to tight tolerances.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Good understanding of tooling and machining strategies.
