Clio Operate / Share Do Developer & Configurator
Remote Working | UK Wide

A leading Global legal technology company is looking for an experienced Clio Operate (formerly Share Do) Developer & Configurator to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, configure, implement and optimise legal workflow solutions for law firms, helping to drive efficiency, automation and innovation across legal operations.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the UK
You will be responsible for delivering new Clio Operate / Share Do solutions, workflows and integrations, working closely with business analysts, project teams and technical specialists.

As the SME, you will be designing and implementing scalable legal technology solutions that improve processes, enhance user experience etc.

The role combines both development and configuration expertise, allowing you to contribute across the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through to build, testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience designing, developing, configuring and delivering legal case management solutions.
  • Strong experience with Clio Operate (formerly Share Do)
  • Experience developing and implementing workflow-driven business solutions.
  • Strong understanding of legal services, case management processes and law firm operations.
  • Experience working with integrations with other legal applications
  • Knowledge of APIs, data mappings, integration triggers and system dependencies.
  • Interest in AI, automation and the application of emerging technologies within legal workflows
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly with clients, fee earners, business analysts and technical teams.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure and customise Clio Operate / Share Do solutions
  • Build and maintain workflows, automation processes and case management solutions.
  • Develop integrations with legal and business systems including practice management, finance and document management platforms.
  • Design and implement API-enabled processes and workflow enhancements.
  • Create and maintain document templates and related platform functionality.
  • Analyse existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and performance enhancement.
  • Work closely with project teams to scope, design and deliver technology solutions.
  • Support testing activities including configuration testing, system testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and configuration issues.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, release notes and configuration records.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Ensure security, compliance and data protection considerations are embedded within all solutions.
  • Stay current with Clio Operate, Share Do, legal technology and AI-enabled workflow innovations.
