An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Director to lead Circana Foodservice's relationship with a large leading quick service restaurants chain in the UK, our largest European client. This is a highly strategic, senior-level role with significant visibility and impact, playing a pivotal part in driving client success and long-term partnership growth. As the senior client lead, you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering actionable insights, shaping commercial strategy, and ensuring Circana's capabilities are fully leveraged to support the client's UK business objectives.
You will:
- Own and develop the senior relationship with the client, serving as the primary strategic partner.
- Lead client development initiatives to drive growth, value creation, and long-term partnership success.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations that influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Circana to deliver best-in-class solutions tailored to client needs.
- Identify new opportunities to expand Circana's footprint and impact within the account.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana's data and solutions with their strategic goals.
- Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
- Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in Food service to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Leverage Circana's proprietary platforms (e.g., Decision Key) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
- Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
- Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.

Required profile:
- Bachelor's degree and demonstrable commercial and data insights experience in agency, retail, and/or manufacturer.
- Proven experience in client leadership, account management, or client development within insights, analytics, or consulting environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to build credibility and influence with senior stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced client environment.
