The Role:
We're looking for an organised, ambitious and passionate Chef de Partie who is hungry to learn and eager to progress. You'll be responsible for running your section to a consistently high standard while supporting the wider brigade during busy services. This is a kitchen where attention to detail, quality produce and professional standards are at the heart of the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organise your section to the highest standards
- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service
- Ensure excellent food quality, consistency and presentation at all times
- Work with premium seasonal produce from the UK and Europe
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards
- Contribute to a professional, collaborative and efficient kitchen environment
- Develop your understanding of kitchen management and operational procedures
- Gain exposure to stock control and other areas of kitchen management
