Experienced Carpenter - 1st & 2nd Fix (Refurbishment Project)

Job Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team on a refurbishment project in the SO32 area. The role will involve both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works on a residential/commercial refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities
Completing 1st fix carpentry (stud work, joists, roofing, framework)
Carrying out 2nd fix carpentry (doors, skirting, architrave, kitchens, finishing work)
Working from drawings and specifications
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
Collaborating effectively with site managers and other trades
Requirements
Proven experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CSCS card preferred (not always essential depending on site)
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
