What we offer: £14.00 per hour Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000) Ongoing career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5 Blue Light discount package Company pension scheme On-demand pay Were looking for: Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK At least 2 years experience in social care QCF Level 2 (or above) 36 hours per week day shifts Availability to work alternate weekends Your role: Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship Support residents with personal care and daily living Encourage independence and wellbeing Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping Work closely with families and healthcare professionals Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management In this role, your care goes beyond tasks; its in how you lead, support your team, and create a warm , welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home .
