We're working with a well-established and growing engineering business looking to recruit an experienced Southern Regional Sales Manager to join their UK sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with proven experience selling capital plant or capital equipment into engineering or manufacturing environments. This is a field-based role where you'll be responsible for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and delivering high-value technical solutions across a defined Southern territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts across the Southern region
- Manage the full sales cycle for high-value capital plant and equipment solutions
- Build long-term relationships with customers and distribution partners

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations
