We're looking for a Business Excellence Manager who is passionate about creating great guest experiences and has a real eye for detail, consistency and continuous improvement.
You will be someone who can take our operating standards - our Levy Signatures - and bring them to life across our venues, making sure they are clear, practical, fit for purpose and deliverable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will work closely with Signature Owners, subject matter experts and venue teams to continually evolve our standards, measure compliance through our In Pursuit of Excellence (IPOE) process, and turn insight into meaningful action. You will be confident coaching and supporting teams, challenging where needed and identifying opportunities to help our venues raise the bar.
To continually enhance guest experience and pursuit of excellence through delivery of clearly communicated, effective and updated company operating procedures (known in Levy as Signatures).
- Set operating standards content with signature owners and SMEs ensuring they are fit for purpose and deliverable.
- Measure compliance of operating standards through In Pursuit of Excellence (IPOE) review process.
- Create a culture throughout Levy of continuous improvement using signatures, facilitating the pro-active use of IPOE review action plans and make recommendations for targeted focus areas of improvement.
- Coach and support venues in implementation and maintaining of standards.
- Demonstrate and deliver our Levy vision and values with integrity.
- Align standards to our fast-paced business to keep Levy ahead of competitors.
