In this role, the successful Business Development Manager or similar will be responsible for:

  • The generation of new business leads
  • The maintenance of pre-existing customers and the revitalisation of historic relationships
  • Attending site visits on a regular basis, including rare visits to Ireland as and when required
  • Supporting the wider needs of the business and its growth through outreach and market insight activities
  • Keeping accurate documentation of leads generated, business won, successful sales etc.

The ideal Business Development Manager or similar will come from a background within the HVAC/Ventilation/MEP/Industrial/Building Services sector or a related field. In addition, you will also have previous working experience within a Business Development/Sales/Regional Sales Manager role or an associated position. You will have a full, valid UK drivers license and strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills, with the ability to work both as part of a team as well as autonomously.
