We are looking for a reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen, takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food, and is comfortable working early mornings.

  • Hours: 5:30am - 2:00pm
  • Position: Full Time
  • Pay: £15.26 per hour plus service charge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting breakfast dishes to a high standard
  • Ensuring breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Preparing ingredients and completing mise en place for service
  • Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and portion control
  • Following food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen procedures
  • Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean, organised and well stocked
  • Monitoring stock levels and minimising food waste
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Assisting with preparation for the following day's service

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work early morning shifts
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Organised and able to work efficiently during busy periods
  • A positive attitude and pride in producing great food
