We are looking for a BIM Technician to join our growing team at Hilson Moran, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital design outputs across a range of exciting building and infrastructure projects. Working closely with engineers, designers and project teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models and digital information, primarily using Autodesk Revit. You'll play an important role in ensuring models and drawings are accurate, coordinated and delivered in line with project requirements and BIM standards. Key responsibilities:

  • Produce and develop BIM models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.
  • Support project teams with the production and management of digital information.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with model coordination and identify potential clashes or design issues.
  • Follow project BIM standards, protocols and information requirements.
  • Support the implementation of BIM Execution Plans and project workflows.
  • Work with engineers, designers and other disciplines to ensure effective information exchange.
  • Contribute to model reviews, quality checks and digital delivery activities.
  • Support the use of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and BIM collaboration platforms.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and digital workflows.

About you:

  • Experience working as a BIM Technician, Revit Technician, Digital Technician or similar role within the built environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
  • Understanding of BIM principles, workflows and digital information management.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Awareness of BIM standards and ISO 19650 principles.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop your technical skills.
  • An interest in digital engineering and innovation.
