We are seeking an experienced AWS Developer to design, build, and scale high performance, serverless, and event driven cloud solutions that power modern digital sales and service journeys across multi-channel platforms.
Role Responsibilities
Design and implement serverless-first AWS architectures using API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge in alignment with technical architecture standards.
Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team alongside Solution Architects to document, build, and deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
Build high-volume, event-driven integration pipelines connecting web, mobile, and partner channels with core backend systems and third-party APIs.
Optimize Customer APIs and platform performance using caching, queuing, and monitoring strategies to protect underlying SaaS platforms from high-traffic loads.
Promote software engineering best practices, event-driven design, and serverless technology adoption across the full project lifecycle.
Experience Required
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on AWS development experience with a strong serverless-first focus.
Proven track record of building and deploying high-volume, high-performance cloud-native solutions to production environments using Node.js or similar.
Deep technical proficiency with AWS serverless services, including API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, AppFlow, and EventBridge.
Strong experience with event-driven architectures, SQL/NoSQL databases, and integrating AWS with third-party systems and backend SaaS platforms (such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics).
Demonstrated expertise in API performance optimization, caching strategies, and high-volume channel integrations.
Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience; relevant AWS certifications are preferred.
