We are delighted to be working with a market-leading international real estate consultancy to find them an experienced and ambitious Associate Sales Negotiator to join their successful team in Hampstead. This is an exceptional opportunity for a best-in-class sales professional with a relentless work ethic, ideally with comprehensive knowledge of Hampstead, Highgate and the wider North London area, to join a market-leading team of estate agents.
You must be driven, self-motivated, and take genuine pride in delivering impeccable customer service. It is essential that you can demonstrate a successful track record of selling property, with the credibility and confidence to operate at the top end of the North London market.
Youll be responsible for:
- Generating and conducting viewings, consistently hitting weekly targets
- Negotiating and progressing sales from offer through to completion
- Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors throughout the sales process
- Developing comprehensive knowledge of the Hampstead, Highgate and wider North London market
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and proactive prospecting
- Delivering impeccable customer service at every stage of the sales journey
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest professional standards at all times
As an Associate Sales Negotiator, you will receive the following:
- £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
